Having a good boss as a leader to lead our team is very important in working life. Some people working hardly but never grow, some people working hardly and improved personal development.

A good boss makes his men realize they have more ability than they think they have; so that they consistently do better work then they thought they could.

I have multi-experience working with different boss, different company. Boss really influence they way we are thinking.

Still remember one of conversation,

Situation 1:

Boss : You do business?
Me : Yes, I need extra income.
Boss : Good, how is it? You use online? My friend now doing fulltime online business, he bla..bla.. blaa... later, I try ask him how he do. Maybe can help you.
Me : Thank you!!!! Yes, I really need that.
Boss : No problem, anything can discuss with me.

Situation 2 (during break time) :

Boss : Can I seat here?
Me : Yes boss..
Boss : Do you have any investment?
Me : Hm.. not yet.
Boss :We must have proper plan for our financial, let I teach you how you can do investment like this.. bla..bla.. a lot of knowledge sharing.
Me : Wah.. thank you!
Boss : No problem! I want educate all youngsters to start invest from early.

...........

A boss has the title, a leader has the people.

Most of the time, we will see a good boss/leader is a good listener. Be a good listener, be a good listener.
